Mike Comstock - Chief Executive Officer
Prior to co-founding GO Trade, Mike Comstock co-founded Ursa Major Associates, LLC. Mike is a seasoned executive with 27 years of broad management experience. Starting with DHL Worldwide Express in its formative days, He played a pivotal role in many aspects of the company’s evolution both in the US and globally. He held numerous positions with DHL in operations and general management with the responsibility for over 3000 staff. His corporate staff experience includes numerous leadership roles as Senior Vice President of Business Systems Development, Senior Vice President of E commerce, and Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy. Comstock has been a key member of numerous DHL global steering groups including Operations, Information Technology and ECommerce. Prior to co-founding Ursa Major Associates, he was the Vice President of Operations for TestMart, an online marketplace for electronic test and measurement equipment. Comstock also advised the founders of My Customs, later to be renamed Open Harbor, where he sat on the Advisory board.
Beth Peterson - Chief Marketing Officer
Prior to co-founding Global Online Trade Solutions, LLC. Beth was the president of Beth Peterson Enterprises (BPE), Inc. Prior to founding BPE, Beth was vice president of Marketing for Open Harbor where she was charged with leading the company’s marketing and solutions initiatives. Prior to Open Harbor, Beth served as the vice president of product strategy for Qiva, Inc. in San Francisco, CA, where she was responsible for the design and development of Qiva´s suite of supply chain execution and international trade solutions targeted to the logistics market. Peterson joined Qiva via the acquisition of Capstan, where she led the development of an international trade logistics solution founded on Internet technology. Prior to this, Peterson managed Hewlett Packard´s $7.5 billion / year U.S. import operations and DHL Airways, Inc. where she was a logistics services manager. Beth has 20 years experience in the logistics and international transportation business. She offers additional domain expertise as a licensed customs broker.
